My Avensis 1.8 Vvti 02 doesn`t have Sat Nav - anyone know if it can be fitted & appreox price in UK ?

OR would I be better getting an aftermarket kit ?

I have just bought a new one on eBay, touchscreen dvd c/w disk and aerial made for toyota. £450 as against £K2 at main dealer. Excellent piece of kit . If you want the vendors email address I can send it to you as he has several units available.

I had a new avensis T3 with sat nav for about a week last month (courtesy car), and I have to say that the Toyota sat nav is crap... In comparison to the Blaupunkt E1 in my car, it was slow, innacurate, and a pain in the ***** to use. On the plus side its digital traffic info were very good, and very quick to download, although the user interface to get to them is awful. But, by far the most infuriating thing about it was that to input a destination, or even change a route option, you had be at a dead stop... Go with something aftermarket, as you can get far better.
