magnecore leads coloured blue (whats the best thickness)

spark plugs what are the best for my car to have the boost turned up

manual boost controller (whats the best type)

apexi rsm

i already have exhaust and induction kit and boost guage is there anything else i would need to turn the boost up and keep my car safe also what psi can i turn it upto

where is the best and cheapest place to but this stuff from
