I have had fitted to my XT3 a webasto parking heater ,its brilliant for cold winter days, its an independant heater that is plumbed into the vehicles cooling system, mine is remote controlled, so 20 minutes before i go out i press the remote and 20 minutes later everything is defrosted and the interior is warm, lovely . spoilt or what  they are'nt cheap but if your nesh like me and don't like getting cold defrosting the car , they are a wonderfull investment

Hi Jaco, sorry ,I don't at the moment but it isn't much to look at anyway . (Mine is diesel) Its basically a small silver box, approx 300x200x130 (mm) tucked neatly away in the front left hand lower section in the engine bay, it draws fuel off the return line to the tank and is plumbed into the cooling system just before the heater matrix, got mine fitted by Paul Brown at Leyland Auto, but if you are feeling confident you could fit it yourself The timer unit is fitted on to the unused lower switch bank just above the front cupholders, the timer is oval and blends in well ,next to it is the override for the pager system that you can fit to the unit,so i can either use the timer , the mobile phone or the remote . Try looking at the webasto site ,its a German site but there is an English link. I have had these units fitted to all my cars ,over the years and would not be without them,I am sooo lazy :thumbsup:I will post some pics in the new year when I figure out how to use my digital camera
