Hi I'm New To This Club

Hi,

I'm new to the club, thought I would just say hi and introduce myself. I'm Nikki and I drive a silver celica 1.8ST '97, had it for 2 years now and love it to pieces, she is my baby :D My celica isn't my first Toyota, I also owned a starlet a few years ago, lovely car but wasnt sure about the colour in the end as I got known as 'your the girl who drives the pink car'.............my response being 'No, its Rose Quartz not pink' :D Always wanted a Celica though and when I saw it in the garage I just had to test drive it and that was it..........I was smitten and just had to have it, its a P reg so I'm busy trying to save up for the new shape now.

Well theres a mini meet going on in jan. It will be kinda local to you in Northampton. A few of us will be coming along hopefully. This isn't a prober toc meet it's more of a get together and a cruise. Check out the post.

Thanks 4 that Jerry, I have added a reply saying that I will defo be going to that, I'm really looking forward to that, done a couple of cruises in London in my early days when I hung around with all the boy racers, also done one cruise in Milton Keynes when my other half had a 2 tone escort.........tiger stripes!!!!! It was a proper chavs car :P He saw sense though and got rid of that!!!! really looking forward to this one and meeting everyone, I'm sure it will be a laugh

I know what you mean, there are plenty of silver celica's around here as well in the new shape, dont see that many blue or red though, for some reason I just have a thing about silver cars though, but by the time I have managed to save up perhaps I will have changed my mind on the colour. I did test drive the new shape a few months back, I knew I couldnt afford one but I thought hey, the garage dont know I cant afford it just yet so I'll just go in and pretend I loved it.

So Starletsr..........what colour starlet do you have???? Used to have one myself, it was a 1.4L and well nippy

My SR is a limited edition satin black colour only the SR starlets will have this, that's why you don't see normal starlets come in black. :D

But i also have a white Starlet Glanza too :S too many cars.
