Mainly interested in ct26 turbo. How many psi boost drop do you guys usually get by about 6000rpm. ie mines set to peak @ 14psi and drops to about 11psi (2nd gear)

yip.. stock turbo. Could possibly be that your actuator is getting soft. Mine was like that, hence I replaced it with the uprated one.
