96 Camry Starting Problem

In winters my 96, 4 cylinder Camry developes an interesting starting problem. The car startes up OK and drives OK, but if you try to start up the car between 10 - 20 minutes after shut down, it won't start again until it passes the 20 minute mark, or before the 10 minute mark. The engine cranks but no start. No engine light present. I have checked and replaced wires, caps and rotors, and checked ignition coil. I think that the nature of the problem is electrical since the problem occurs in humid winters only, but I also Think that it may have something to do with delivery of the fuel.

I appreciate any help

Thanks

Sounds like a common problem that Nissan's get which is they flood for no apparent reason.

When it's cranking, keep your foot on the accelerator full and keep it cranking and after about 6-8 cranks it should fire, don't stop cranking after just 2-3 turns of the engine as each time you retry a load more fuel is injected making the situation worse.

If it starts under this situation then you know it's at least a flooding issue so it's narrowed it down a bit, if it's not then try other suggestions that people post.
