You've probably done this by now as it is an old post, I'll do a reply as someone else might get stuck like I did. Getting the door lever casing off is probably the most tricky bit of taking a door panel off. First remove the screw hidden behind a square cover just under the lever (don't breake the square cover).Where the actual lever hindges there are 2 lugs gently with a small flat bladed screw driver lever the lugs (from the inside ) over the pegs they sit on until the casing pops forward. It now slides backwards as there is another hook under the plastic fcing forward, if you pull the whole lot straight out this will brake.

The rest of the door panle is relatively easy. Remove cover over handle there are 2 screws under there. There are 2 black panels in each bottom corner of Window these pull off on poppers. Then pull the panel forward form the bottom all the poppers pull out, once the panel is loose gently lift it upwards.
