Gt4 Questions

I have a few questions about the GT4 Vs 2.0 GT

Firstly I need to know the performance specs in the following order on both cars please.

BHP and the 0-60 times. Also fual consumption on both cars please.

Might trade the Lex for something fun this summer.

gt4 is 238 bhp ish uk model jap model is 255 bhp based on the st205 , the 185 gt4 is more torquey bottom end but dies sooner and is 80 kilos heavier

Acceleration (sec.)

0-30 mph 2 2

0-40 mph 3.3

0-50 mph 4.5

0-60 mph 5.9

0-70 mph 8.2

0-80 mph 10.2

Top speed (mph) 152

mpg is around 23 to possibly 32 if drivin with no boost.

the st202 with 3sge is 173 bhp , the jap ss3 is a little higher - 0-60 is around 6.9 ish fuel consumption is a hell of alot better ,, but you will find yourself in 3rd gear alot if you want any speed.as it dont come alive until 4000rpm , where as the gt4 is an ***** kicker in any gear all of the time.with the added benefit of 4x4 , out of the 2 i'd have the gt4 everytime,its so much easier to get the performance , its just sheer bliss. i recently did 0-137 in what seemed less than 20 seconds and man was it a thrill

the st205 feels really heavy at the wheel at first , once you master it and you know its gonna hold the road under power its excellent my man ,what other car can you put 255 bhp through into a roundabout and still hold the road wet or dry. you know i only just got mine and am still learning.but i can tell you one thing get one and you're hooked at its power handling looks and buy 1 from japan and its like out of a showroom in appearance is amazing , pop over to the gt4oc better info there for you as i'm a new owner steve- add a boost controller and a decent induction kit and you're already at 300 bhp - marc.

i think its a good choice steve! plenty of grunt and im sure they are loads of fun!
