Why not? When I had my accident, ok I considered a Honda Jazz, but I had already kinda decided I wanted another Yaris, mainly because they are so safe!

4-6k is a big deposit to put down on a brand newie, or alternatively you could definately buy an older one outright with that sort of money.

The focus would be a good idea, the old one of course, the new one just aint anywhere near as nice. They destroyed it! It was the only ford I would consider buying that they currently produce.
