This is a question to help out me ma! She drove back from work last night complaining about the steering, said all of a sudden it was really difficult to turn the wheels? She has a J reg Fiesta 1.1(sorry about the make! :( )

No power steering, its a J plate, simple little thing, I'll have to drive it later to see what she is on about. She was quite worried...it almost made her CRASH :o

Please could the sexist comments stop?

In case you hadn't realised, women take the same driving test as men!

Now, behave and be helpful, like Steve has been.

My tuppence worth, having owned Fiesta's as well, would be something to do with the steering rack. But a check on the tyre pressures might be a "quick" fix if she hasn't already done this.

And yes, I can check my own tyre pressures and change the wheel myself. Shock, horror, female as well ;)

Sorry no offense meant, just having a giggle...

No offense taken by me, but I think we need to be aware that a prospective new female member looking at the forums to see how friendly the male counterparts are on here may think twice about joining the forum and joining the club.

And we want more money :)

Am guessing we should also be careful to state that TOC is a non-profit forum....
