Itrip Help For Mini Ipod

Hi

I was given an itrip for my mini ipod for xmas. Today I eventually decided to give it a go. But after an hour of trying to tune it in I have given up.

I managed to tune it into a frequency and the music played through the Speakers, so I saved the freq into a button. However after 10sec it tuned out and started searching for another frequency.

I don’t want to have to keep pressing button 6 every 10sec to listen to it. I thought this would be perfect as I don’t have a cd player.

I have a 2000 GS model and my sister has a 02 colour collection model which has a cd player. She has managed to get her itrip working fine and it doesn’t tune out  .

Help

Sounds like the signal isnt strong enough.

I plug my ipod into a connects2 adaptor which plugs into the back of the stereo, I tried an FM modulator like the itrip but the quality was horrible!

I havent had any probs with the adaptor:

Takes about 5 mins to install (and that was in the dark) - Easy!!
