92 Previa Problem

I own a 1992 toyota previa LX and recently I have had the fuel pump die out on it so I replaced the pump. Later on I came out from work and tried to start the car but would not go because there was water in the fuel lines that had froozen. For a while I have been trying to get the water out of gas but dit does seem to be fine now. I can drain from the bottom of the tank and not get anymore water out of it. The other day returning from work I went to pull out of a light and the car stalled out on me. So for a while now I have been doing work on it to try and figure out the problem. Checked the fuel pump and everything seems to be working fine. What the problem seems to be now is when I get on the gas it will get to the higher revolutions and then seem like it is stalling out. Which really they only thing that I could think of would be fuel delivery. So I took notice that the fuel injectors were working loudly so I replaced those along with the fuel preasure regulator. When looking at the diagnostics on it the engine gives a normal diagnostic code and does not show an error. I was looking thru the chiltons book that I have for it and that it says on the throttle body the three vacumme hoses coming off of it should have no vacume on them. But the first one has a strong vacume there. I pluged it of and that fixed the idleing problem but engine still seams to die out when hits higher RPMS in 2nd or 3rd gears. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
