Gear Box Change

A happy new to you all. I have a celica ss2 auto, and was wondering what and how much it would cost to change to a manual gearbox (other than an act of god). i imagine it will take some doing, has any body any idea on what i would need and how i would do it?

a new pedal box , gearbox obviously , possibly some cable alterations throttle and such , ,the gear selector rods to the gearbox , a clutch fluid resovoir all the hydraulic pipe work,interior shrouds and things around gearstick , also a new flywheel. then there's the switches for sports mode and such that tell the ecu what the cars doing , dunno if these have any after affects, if its an oldish car it will work out cheaper to sell it and buy a manual as you'll need a scrapper to get all the bits off , time and parts i'd estimate at over £ 1000 if it can be done at all.
