Looked in my boot today and everything in the back was soggy as %$(. Boot was shut tight of course wonder how the water seeped in. All the foamy seals are fine. Any1 else experienced this?

could just be the terrible winds plus really heavy rain , moving panels and things

my boot is soaked mate...

I sorta think I know why though.

When I put on my rev5 spoiler I lost one bolt in the bootlid, hence I'm one bolt short. Need to get some silicone sealing stuff to fill the hole, and also put it around the other bolts.

My old GT wing did this, so I siliconed all the bolts and no more leaks ..

if its anything like mine when you open the boot any water on the lid seems to always run into the open boot and not disperse around the channels at the sides.

could be a culmination of that happening to you? - you can't always tell if its happening if u open the boot in the dark.

which isn't a good thing consideriing the ECU is housed there

that's what I was thinking and could be a reason I'm having the boostage issues.

the ecu should be safe though, if its anything like mine its fastened to the bulkhead behind a carpeted piece of hardboard, with grommet clip thingys holding the hardboard in place.
