Bov Hoses

does anyone know if a vinyl hose(its a clear vinyl hose) will work for connecting the bov back into the intake? im mostly concerned about its melting point if i were to fit this instead of a rubber or silicone hose. any ideas?

Should be ok, but the clear type of hose tends to harden over time with exposure to heat. Go for a silicone hose if budget permits.

Dude go to your local petshop and get some fish tank silicone hose, £2.95 for 5 meters, cant beat that :D

easy enough to say.. but i need something to fit over my hks bov which has a diameter of about 1 5/8 inches.. not even the local car parts store carry hoses like that.. i need to go to some specialized hose place.. but ill give the pet store a try.
