Hi Guys! In first place sorry, because my english is not all the good that I wish. I have a Yaris 1.3 since November and it has 3000 kms. The problem is that when the car is stopped the engine vibrate a lot and when car is running it sounds rough. The power and performance of car is the same.

I need to know how much seriously is this situation and what can I do

(I think that it's happening since I drove my Yaris at 180 Km/h on a motorway, but I not sure because it was after 1000 kms.) :help:

Hi there,

your Yaris certainly doesn't sound like it's behaving properly. I'd suggest taking it to the dealer and getting it checked.....just for peace of mind if nothing else !

Welcome to TOC by the way !

Rich

Thanks for yours atention. Sorry again. The language wall limit my expresions LOL. Tomorrow i´m coming to dealer but I have a terrible fear...i don´t know how bad the problem can be.

I hope to learn much with forum...and learn more and more english too

I make a new question... Is driving at 111 mph a reason to engine breaks or it´s a workshop failure?

Hi everyody again!!! This morning I went to the dealer and the person that attend to me say that this vibration is totally normal. I heared the engine sound on other Yaris 1.3 and it was the same. However, some days ago, when I was flying with my Yaris at 111 mph I heared a extrange sound from the right side of the car, near to dash (I don't know if it's came from dash or from engine) I associate both noises and thought that my Yaris "was ill" LOL

To tim22: I'm from Tenerife (Canary Islands) but when I finish my physiotherapist studies I wanna go to England to learn English (is evident that I need that  )and make postgrade's masters (I don't know if this is correctly writed, sorry)

Bye and Thanks!

It’s nice to have the ‘extras’ you get with a higher model. I think the TS looks more aesthetically pleasing.

It’s also nice to have that extra performance, plus I can afford it
