If your bored/Interested..

Springs - coiled bits of metal!..

Shocks - the rest of the 'suspension' (as we'll call it!)

Coilovers - a much slimar shock body completed with springs.. Control height (30-70mm), just jack the car up and twist the spring plate.  Adjustable damping (hard/soft), Some have rebound rate (speed at which shock returns to normal after a hit, fast is normally a harsher ride).  Some have camber/toe, but we wont go into that (big money)..

Nah, coilovers are affordable.. when you start playing with camber/toe setups, then yes, race spec, mucho moolah
