Door skin removed ? the outer skin or do you mean the door panel inside ?

The window has probably stopped working because the relay under the dash on the right hand side of the steering wheel has been dislodged, this often happens when you have the lower dash undone or removed ;)

Yeah, I mean the door panel inside! I think I also broke the rod that locks the door though in my almighty frustration :ffs: to get the window working! Still, when it first started going a bit funny it stuck half-way open - trust me, it's freezing in the winter down the motorway with your window half-open! At least it's closed now!.....
