Number Plate Mounting

Hey guys n gals,

Anyone know what is the best way to secure my number plate like in this picture of stu8's motor ? (have pm'd him but no response yet)

Someone told me to use "L"brackets from b&q, but not sure what to attach them to.

Want to clean up the front end of the car, and also got a private reg plate for xmas off my misses :D

I used a rotating bracket from B&Q, which is clamped on to my towing eye. lol :)
