I have just bought a new Corolla T-Sport and looking to buy the lowering springs from TTE, does anybody know if this will affect my Toyota Warranty for 3 years??

Toyota Team Europe (TTE) who are based in Germany are as far as I am aware part of the same company as Toyota. This is why a lot of Toyota owners on this site seem to be using there after market parts, as they don’t invalidate your manufacture warranty. I believe all of there parts available through your main dealer but as usual some dealers are more helpful than others. Hope this helps ;)

You could ask to Toyota dealers in your country. Here in Italy also TTE parts invalidate warranty

I want to buy springs but I have to find a "friendly" dealer... :(

contact ur local dealer and ask - it depends on main toyota office policy in your country... and even if they do invalidate anything, they wont invalidate your whole car warrantly, only the area it changed (absorbers in this case - since they will spend more quickly...) - i believe this is why in italy they dont accept TTE as part of toyota warranty - they have some ridicilous 5 year warranty period or something ;-)

hi

my dealer told me that the springs will come with 12mouth warranty.

make sure u get a quote for the insurance as mine wants 12 for the rest of my 6 mouth policy and then next years policy it will about 50 quid more.
