Does anyone know where the colour code on a yaris thunder grey t sport 02 model is?

yeah its on the plate under the bonnet. have a look down by the drivers side headlamp. it says on there.

Where do you get 1D2 from??

1D2 is the color code for a "Thunder Grey" TS.

The plate I used as an example comes from a "Flame Gold" 1.0 Yaris. The layout of the plate is the same for all new Toyotas.

The codes themselves never get changed, if you use the 3-digit code you'll always get the same colour, but the names get changed often and vary according to region, for example here in Belgium "Thunder Grey" is called "Quick Silver", one of it's previous names was "Dark Grey Metallic".

I actually meant that the real colour changes depending on which paint supplier is dealing with Mr T

The colour code is the three digit-code in the blue rectangle on the bottom line of the VIN plate located on the right hand side in the engine compartment. Yours will read "1D2".

Ryan, yours is I think "209" but best check your VIN plate.
