hi guys looking for sum info, thinking of getting a stalet gt heard the handling is not to good as standard true or not ? if true how did you's get round this ? wot kinda bhp can i be expected to get out of my starlet wif sum tunning ? prices ? how reliable are they ? thanx for any help, oh by the way got quoted £820 on elephant tpft and im 19 and been drving 14 months and dnt have any no claims, i thought this woz good ?

It depends what you compare the handling to! Its much better as standard than many cars...

It can easily be improved with a rear anti-roll bar and some different shocks/springs.

They're as reliable as you make them. Look after it, change oil & service reguarly and properly, and not thrash it, and it will last for years. Use it, abuse it and thrash the nuts of it, and it will break down quickly.
