Starting Problem! Help!

Just got the thing out of winter storage, and I was planning having to jump and/or charge the Battery, but the car cranks like it wants to go, but it just won't roll over. I take that back, it did once, then died. Won't do it again... Been stored for 6 months, oil was new when it got stored, and is still full.

Any thoughts on what to check first? EFI stuck maybe? EFI cleaner was a thought, but if the fuel isn't getting to the engine in the first place I don't know what it would do...

Help!

Thanks

Give the Battery a good charge up ( or replace it if its suspect) and clean or change the spark plugs, good luck :)

As reply 1) states, you've got to get that Battery replaced first but not disputing reply 2) just think it's extreme at this stage and injection's not the same as Carbs but lift pump (fuel tank end) could be stuck seized, a little 'tap' on it could be tried but he is right you will need fuel AFTER you've got it cranking and slave batteries dont always 'do it'. A gentle 'bump start' might help but make sure who's doing it knows what he (and you) are both doing. Beyond that, yr starter could be taking too much 'juice' (electrical type). The old process of elimination i'm afraid but good luck.
