1.Apex

I bought Apex intake kit half year ago. Does this filter needs some short of maintanance (6000km behind now)? and when I need to replace?

2. MAF

I don't like the place where Apex filter is located and would like to relocate it to some where "cold".

I need to extend MAF sensor wiring. MAF has 3 wires so it should be very easy to extend. Can this be done or is there something I donno?

as an alternative to moving, you could always consider a heat shield and mayb some cold air feeds

Its pretty difficult to do effective coldair feed to standard Apexi intake kit. You should get some short of coldair box... like that ColdAir Box and simply there is no room for it. Heatshield... yes its something but not enough <_<

I was thinking same short of solution as K&N have... behind front bumber
