Got a decent quote from mytyres on the net...

Toyo Proxies T1-S 205/40/17 x 2 = £147.20

Toyo Proxies T1-S 225/45/17 x 2 = £174.00

Total = £321.20 for a full new set inc delivery...

I didnt realise that you cnt get a 40 profile in 225's! so i went bigger at the rear (no jokes :P ) as i thought that would be best for my MR2 being RWD... ?? :bookworm: tell me im right?

now that i have this quote.. i shall consider getting the rims i have seen.. :bye:

Fizz,

You should be looking at a lower profile, not a larger one. The 45 profile on the rear will give you a larger overall wheel size. I'm pretty sure the correct profile for the size you're looking at would be a 35.

Not too sure about the fronts. I think 40's would be right because of the width (I'll try and find the RUL to the page that does the calculations).

L8er.
