Completely disagree. If it's assembled by a low-paid junkie who does not care if "the bolt A is really turned 3 times", there always will be the difference.

Mentality of the workers, that's what matter. Believe me, I've seen it at different plants.

And using a super-perfect design plan/checks will not do a thing. Unless you check every last bolt, which negates the cost savings.

I prefer that my equipment is assembled by higher-educated, responsible people.
