Lenso's..

i spoke to Auto Design Technics in Bradford (Kahns Alloy owners) who said they no longer stock Leno's for this very same reason! was advised that they had numerous people go back to them stating that salt was getting into the rims and corroding them!

I really want these rims but that has seriously made me reconsider? Am i worrying too much? and would i get some kinda warrenty against flaking etc?? or am i now being stoopid!

in the MR2OC there is a chap with the Alessio's on and has told me to stay away from them as the finish is crap and he hates them!??

Yep... heard a lot of people say the laquer isn't thick enough on them

which causes them to pit and flake as soon as they get a small chip on them.

As Bibbs said, go for a good brand name,

these other wheels are very cheap for a reason. ;)

Fizz, it doesn't matter what wheels you buy mate, if they're looked after, they won't flake etc. Careful cleaning will make them last for years.

Do yourself a favour and keep your old rims. That way when you buy your new ones, you can swap them in the winter like I've done. After all, why spend lots of dosh on a set of wheels just to let the winter salt corrode them!

...Lenso's all the way dude.
