Exhaust For Yaris

hi guys, im a new member. got my t-sport 4 months ago, only now found you guys.

can anybody help, im undecided on whether or not to buy the ' HKS Silent Hyper Muffler' for my t-sport. the guy in the garage wants £ 47 to fit the exhaust which i have been told doesn't even require any welding.

am i being ripped off help!!

Welcome buddy, I'd just fit it myself to be honest.. Couple of bolts, get a mate to help line it up and that's about it..

I got the same one fitted - lovely noise!

I had mine fitted, but it was done at the same time as an Induction system so I'm not sure what the cost would have actually been?

Get a couple more quotes is my best suggestion? It doesn't need welding, just a clamp - but be warned there are two variations of the clamp...

fujitsubo power getter. the only ZORST for a T-sport. and as chappers say use my how too, if you have any probs just ask :D

Don't own neither so can't comment.. Both are quality manufacturers so there isn't a problem..

I'd just ask the boys (and girls) 'Which is the quietest?'.. then buy the other one :P

have the fujitsubo power getter too, fantastic exhaust! highly reccommend it, sounds and looks sweet!

i paid £20 to get mine fitted, think £43 is a bit over priced for a 45 min job (if that)!

yep lookd online cant find much. ill try and find them companies nw and giv em a ring. the guy in cardiff i just tried told me that exhaust will take six to eight weeks to come over from japan. do u think he's havin a laugh! reckons its a specialist part?

I'd call Envy, ask for Kevin, tell him you've just joined TOC etc etc.. Then ask what exhausts he has in for the T-Pot..

He has a T-Pot himself, cant remember what exhaust he has on it tho..

my power getter was about 360 quid from envy

£45 to fit an exhaust back box is a bit too much. When i got mine, i tried to do it myself but couldnt get the leverage to undo the rusty bolt so i took it to a local garage and they charged me £25 which is alright for a 30 min job.

The fujitsubo is the best performance exhaust for the Yaris ... although i like mine very much too! :D

i have a blitz nur spec sounds great but the fujitsubo an the HKS look alot nicer, fitting find a mate an get it done for free or pay a mate a tenner, im competent to change many a exhaust suspension the lot and must have saved loadsa £'s!
