My 1992 Previa does not fast run when started from cold.

I would guess a temperature sensor commands an additional cold start injector to increase the fueling thus increasing the RPM when cold?

This does not happen? Any ideas?

Maybe related, once upto temperature the the RPM has increased to 1500 RPM. Maybe a faulty temperature sensor allows the cold start injector to operate when warm?

If anyone can add to this I would realy appreciate it.
