Toyota Tuning - Vvti Engines

I used to do lots of tuning mods for my old Fords years ago - performance exhausts, air filters, cams, carbs etc etc

What practically can be done to a 2 yr old 1.8 VVTi to improve things a little ? Any specialist products worth a look at ?
