Yaris T Sport Alarm

In the operators Manual for this alarm it says you can get the doors to auto lock when the ignition is on and unlock when the ignition is off. It also says ask Toyota dealer for info.

Just wondering... Does anybody know how to activate this function of the alarm. Wife had a Clio befor and it did have this function and she would like the Yaris to do the same.

After thinking about it I decided to lock the doors with the remote button on the driver’s door.

I’m not too keen on the idea of the doors auto locking when the ignition is switched on. On occasions the ignition is on with the doors open for various reasons, just a personal choice.

Saying that, I always lock the doors (habit) as soon as I get in

Yes I Know how the Renault works but auto locking on the Yaris is as close as i can get.
