£6.5k! Thats not much. You can get a grey one easily for that much, and perhaps a blue. Red is cheap.

Um.. yeh Phase 2 are still alot of money, about £8k cheapest, but considering they are £12k brand new and under 2yrs old not bad at all.

Anyway have fun and don't just buy the 1st one you look at, have a look around!

Just hit the garages and browse Yaris and T-Sports its good! Very inspriring. Infact Ryan your car has inspired me back into lexus lights on a black car, shame they dont do the black backed versions isn't it!

I try to do most of it myself but some there are some things best left to the pro's!

And the number 1 T-Sport on this site has got to be Kimi's, Yaris_WRC's or Chimpy! When jaxx's was in full modded state that use to be a contender aswell!

Just wanted to say - top choice of motor!

Personally, I have a P2, so I prefer the look of the P2 (but then I am a tad biased!) but obviously more expensive!

But then T-Sports, whatever phase, are cool as!

Blue ones are nice! I'd recommend blue! :D

And yeah - Kimi's Yaris is No.1!

No its on 17's but doesn't have a Booster kit AFAIK!

Doesn't it have the booster bonnet or something though. I wasn't sure if it has the full booster kit. Its 17" multispokes though, well 8+ Im going from my poor memory here.

Still not sure about lexus lights on a black car! They make it to bright.

Those C-One eyebrows I could never buy them, 3x the price of TRD/Booster ones! £150.

Things to look for yaris paintwork chips very easy, check for bad stone chips that havent been touched in,

Hey Stuarto,

Just wanted to say that I bought my black phase 1 T Sport (Jan 02) from a Mr T main dealer for £6.3k so I reckon your budget should be fine assuming that you can find an example near you.. Mine has 24k on the clock

The T Sport suits all ages in my opinion. I'll soon be 38 but I feel 20 years younger when I drive it !

Good afternoon, just found the site and read loads of interesting stuff re the Yaris.

I've decided I want a T Sport and want to ask a few questions before I buy.

1. When did the Phase 2 version come in and what are the main alterations?

2. What are the differences between UK spec and Imports? And do import owners have any difficulties with dealers and warranties?

2. Anything in particular I should check when lookingat used T Sports?

3. Am I too old at 42 to own one?!!!!

Going to pay max £6500, not sure what colour to go for, blue or Grey probably.

Can't wait to get my hands on one! :)

Hi Kimi. Thanks for the advice. Going to start looking in Feb/March and will bear that in mind.

Had a look at your car as suggested by the others. That looks fantastic. I Don't know much about the mods you've had done, but very impressed anyway!

There are some great cars in the 'garage'. Don't think I'll be changing much on mine, certainly not exterior. What was the first thing you upgraded on yours 'under the bonnet' as it were.

Have you met many of the others? Can you truly vouch for their sanity (joking by the way!)

QUESTION FOR EVERYONE:

If there was one thing you would recommend altering what would it be? Lowering maybe?
