You can up gen3 block to about 17/18 psi before you need to check the cooling ..

That'd be a shade over 300 bhp ..

im on 15/16 Psi at the mo.. and yeah.. the fuel does go down faster.. :rolleyes::crybaby::lol:

well the GT4 is a bit of a beast to move about.. rather you than me... thats one thing that put me off the ST185.. i could not afford the 205 when i was looking for a tubby of some sort... :yes:

Hmmm yes i did notice fuel going down abit quicker, but i dont drive the car

everyday anyway, 3 times a week usually. Besides i got a trip to dover on tuesday

so ill go abit slower and errr thrash it back :lol:

Is 1bar ok? im hearing other reports that i need a new intercooler at 1bar... i thought it was above 1.1bar i needed a new intercooler <_<

Ok i got it to 1bar now seems to be working fine so is this correct?

1st gear - goes upto about 0.8 - 0.9

2nd gear - 0.9 - 1bar

3rd gear - 1bar = tails of to about 0.9

4th gear - 1bar = tails of to about 0.9

5th gear - 1bar i think = also tails of to about 0.9

On full boost it ever so slightly

tails off, this is normal right? for example

it would be boosting at 1bar, then slowly tail off to about

0.9 and 1/2

woaa incredible i was behind one of them new skoda's 2.0TDI

i was behind him in fifth and i saw this puff of blue smoke

come out of his exhaust as he tried to pull away. SO i just

pushed my foot right in and overtook him.
