Gen 6 Front Speaker Size

I know this aint the audio section but i need to know this quickly, are the front Speakers on all gen6 8". Mines a 95 GT, think pre-face lift.

about that but i think they are moulded to fit into the door.i once fitted a vauxhall one into mine with alot of cutting of the speaker

well i was looking on a post on celica-club and they said 8" but i dont know if that included pre-facelift, i cant see any reason why they would change it.

Yup! They are all 8 inches in the front, trouble is theres not many makes of speaker that cater for that size. Hence i have some adaptors.  :D

Hey don't suppose you know what size Speakers are in the back panels too?

They're slightly smaller than 8"...

Or at least they were a good 1/4" smaller than the 8" blaupunkt Speakers I got and had to mess about a bit to get them in. It seems to have been worth it using the full 8" tho - a subwoofer would seem a waste now!
