How long will it take the turbo/engine to cool down ??

Been driving for maybe 20mins. Need to do some work near the turbo. Curious how long it will take to cool down so I don't fry my fingers.

Can I just pour water over the area ?? .... lol.

didn't work.. hose wouldn't move once clips removed. Got garage to order a new piece all the same though. Will have to take the big metal thingy off to get the hose off first. Easy enough by the looks of it.

Also... they said oil might sometimes seep through the edges if it's old.. but he also said it is possible that air is escaping there because it's a very old piece of hose. Anyhoo.. will replace it all the same. See if it makes a difference.
