Hi,

I am new to these forums, I have recently Purchased a 1994 Celica GT, I am looking for a Chrome Gear Shift Surround for it, but can't find one anywhere.

Also, I have noticed most of you refer to the different models as "Gens" Can you tell me which mine is (Its the one with the flip up lights)

Thanks

Hi welcome to TOC.

Not sure on the chrome thingy, maybe eBay or similar.

Yours is a Gen 5 (ST182) Which IMO is the best looking. :D I`m sure others will disagree.

Thanks mate, I agree!!, I am really pleased with it, just got rid of my MR2 Roadster which was tough (Company car!!) this has really softened the blow!! have you any idea what sort of BHP these are, Mine is the 2.0 GT-i Coupe, with an Induction kit and a Full Powerflow Exhaust.

Thanks

Not to clued up on the N/A models but i think it`ll be in the region of 170 BHP give or take. Imports are a little more powerful than UK models due to the ECU being set up for decent petrol not the pap we have to put up with in this country.
