Haha! busted tribute is far from it!

Basically, there is too much good info to go through but the short of it is my band had a very good night on monday and should have 5 very good people on our side without going into more detail (which im not really going to as its a public forum), but we have top production from the leading guy in the US at the moment, a very good stylist (who says i dress like crap so she is yet to get into my good books), 2 agents (UK and US), and good management. The band's business plan is looking awesome and at this rate I wont be in the country for long as we are set to break America first, but this is all in the future...nothing is real until I am bathing in millions of £££'s and reaping the fame of which I crave :D

Still thinking about getting us over to JAE Ken?lol :P

When you get backing from major peoples, they tend throw in an engineer of their preference (all part of the producion package), unless you arrange otherwise between yourselves and them. What you will also need to be careful of is arranging (or agreeing to do) your own gigs without their consent... It can get very tricky.

Remember all of them want to make money and lots of it

Get yourselves a lawer to help work out the best deal for the lot of you

You also need to watch out for so called "accountants" - I got stung really bad by one who specialised in the live entertainment industry and was almost bankrupted

Have a chat to a lawer about this as well. You might find that setting yourselves up as a "company" will aid sorting out tax and salary issues
