the lights are easy. They pop off.. small section first then the big section.

As for the nose.. easy also.. look underneath and undo all the bolts.. then inside the wheel arch etc. Also along the front of the car if I remember. Hardest part is trying to not let the bolts snap!

Cheers mate much appreciated!

one other question if i may be so bold. I take it there is some ajustment in the pop up mech for the lights which allows them to be jusuted. ( like on your cat where you have them only half up for the conversion)

p.s your motor looks Phat!!!!!!!!!

i love the quad headlight converstion i think it looks the nuts !

I know you can adjust them manually from inside the bonnet area of the car. But I don't know if this would fiz your issue. It might do. Look at the front of your bonnet area, at either side there is a little bit you can turn. This will manually raise/lower your lights.

Also.. ( I think )... you might be able to adjust the rod things which lift the lights up. I know you can on mine, but that's because I have the rev6 conversion. Not too sure about the stock setup.

Hi mate, ive been taking the nose on and off the last few weeks while preparing my bomex bumper, heres a few pointers

There are two b***** bolts inside each wing where it meets the nose. It helps to have the lights out to access them (the prop bar just pops off the headlight, no need to unscrew the bolt on it). You'll need a socket extension and a lot of patience to remove these bolts! (I refer to them now as the b*** bolts from hell :D)

Then theres 3 bolts behind each side strip, these are easy to get to if you remove the wheel arch liner.

Theres a row of bolts all along the top, the lights need to be removed to reach the ones at the edges.

Theres loads of bolts on the bottom aswell, 3 of them are recessed and youll need an extension again.

Finally theres a row of pop-plug things in the radiator vent area. If you have fog lights, prepare to get frustrated as 4 of them are almost impossible to reach cos of the lights! I ended up having to cut them with a flat screwdriver and a hammer
