As you all should know the date is wednesday the 23rd of march but the meet time is now brought forward to a 3.45pm meet up and once we are all there then we will set off in convoy for the North Sea Ferries Terminal, this is due to a earlier than expected boarding time which mean's we shall be dining onboard and if i remember rightly cost's £15 for an all you can eat buffet. Breakfast next day will be taken at a service station in Belgium which will give you all chance to refuel the car's as well as yourself's.

We are all booked in now and our accomodation has been bumped up a few notch's by a lovely girl called Page :group-cuddles:

So in cabin 1 it will be-

Ken

Fizz

Stu

Sean

(Premium 4 berth outside cabin)

Cabin 2-

Kev

Gaz

Kev Lynch

John

(Premium 4 berth outside cabin)

Cabin 3-

Rob & Tegan

Msherry21

(Standard 4 berth outside cabin)

Cabin 4-

Rob

Beverley

Andrew

Andrew L

(cabin 4 not booked by me btw)

Directions-To get to Humber Bridge Country Park:

From the M62 continue allong the M62 on to the A63 (Clive sullivan way) towards Hull, at the sign post for the Humber bridge leave the A63 up the slip road to the round about, take the third turning (the one just after the dual caridge way) this road drops down from the round about and the Country Park is 300 yards on your right.

Map showing the Country Park here.

Don't forget the speed camera's in the roadwork's near Ferrybridge service's peep's and i'll find out the scammera van's location's for you nearer the time

Any question's?

So the Ferry is booked then?

Do we owe you any extra?

No problem with the new time, It' just means I dont get much sleep after my last night shift

The same goes for Sean, but as he drives a truck, I think he might be more knackered than me. lol

Ferry is booked Stu and the lovely Page worked her magic and got us it on our budget, she then upgraded all our cabin's once we was booked in as well :D *note to self-must flirt more with call center girls  *

The new time isn't that much earlier but it does mean we are eating onboard.

You guys are going to find this amusing but i only just booked off my days off for the trip 3 days ago!!! on the 1st day of my new job im giving demands out!

I reckon that they think im a bit cheeky already! esp when they asked why i needed it...

"erm.. well.. erm... im off to drive over to Germany to drive some more in circles just to drive back home again"

Managers reply to that was...

"ohh"

on a side note...

E111 from your post office just incase you fall ill, tis basically free healthcare in Germany if you have the completed form and it's free so silly not to take 5 mins and fill it out and get stamped.

Passport, driving licsence, insurance cert (note not all companies issue green cards but will still need to be notified of dates abroad and only tell them you are going to Koblenz via Belgium & Holland), V5, MOT (optional but best to be safe than sorry), breakdown cover cert(NOT AA) or contact details if with euro assist.

GB sticker/magnet or GB numberplates, first aid kit, warning triangle (have one spare so first to post borrows it), beam deflectors and i have a spare bulb kit for Belgium so 1 between us should be ok but check your bulbs before we set off and i'll check on fire extingushers tomorrow

Also print off the Koblenz maps found Here just incase you get left behind at a set off traffic lights ;)
