I check out the local papers looking for good deals on wheels and tyres, but i dont see many that fit the gt4 st205, what other model of cars share the same stud patern as gt4 st205, i have heard that bmw and vw might fit is this true?

BMW don't fit ;) , your stud pattern is 100 mm PCD, 5 stud... so Golf ,Skoda ,Audi and other have the same PCD but may no have the correct size hole in the middle or the correct offset.

Even sticking to other models of Celica alloys, your going to have problems with offset ,as you have big brake calipers on the GT4 ;) .

diablos fit thats about it in 16" best bet is go to 17" .

i have 17x40x235 at the moment but i was thinking about slapping some 18's on, will these go on without any problems or will i have to do abit of work on the arches etc?.

Got 225/40/18 on mine which is lowered and had to do bugger all to arches straight from the standard wheels.
