don't bother .. it adds air into your fuel/air mixture .. and then the ECU will see this and add more fuel .. totally destroying what you are trying to do.

It's only design is to liberate Saxo drivers of their money, and it does a good job of that.

It's pointless tat .. do a search there have been LOADS of posts regarding this.

I can see how this WOULD work on an old Carb'ed engine. But with modern injected engines? Not a chance.

The modern engine has a feed back loop .. the lambda sensor in the exhaust measures how rich/lean your fueling is after combustion, and the engine then adjusts the air/fuel mixture..

If it's too lean, it adds fuel, if it's too rich, it leans off. The Eco-cack just addmore air so the ECU adds more fuel. If you want to do this, why not just cut a small hole in the hose? cause that's all it is.

And that's why I have an air filter, a turbo with de-cat and a loud BOV .. for the noise.

If I want more performance I turn the boost up.

If I want better fuel econ, I dont accelerate so hard. :thumbsup:
