Hi Smiles

Saw another posting saying you are an importer of japanes lucidas. do you offer servicing or mechanics for these mpvs??

If not do you know any one near Basingstoke Hampshire who does?

We have spoken to Toyota who have told us that they can service the vechicle, but cannot do any major repairs because Toyota in Japan do not supply the uk garages with any specifications or diagnostic data, any truth to this???

Hi there, in answer to your query I don't know of anyone who can service or repair your vehicle in the Basingstoke area, however if you can get the vehicle to Taplow (J7 M4) you should contact Kempton Moody on 07973 191812 who knows his way round an import Lucida better than most.

With regard to your main dealer not having the right diagnostic equipment it's not for me to comment on, that said Kempton doesn't have the diagnostic kit and has never had a problem diagnosing and rectifying any problems I've given him.

Another bonus is that his hourly rate will be about half that of a main dealer- Good Luck
