I saw an advert pinned up in my local chinese for a MK2 MR2 for sale last night.. made me laugh...

K reg (93 i think) N/A import - says 'highly modded', but not what - although the only exterior mods were a Meccano spoiler and alloys..

He was asking £10,995 for it

now, i laughed at that, mainly because i'm pretty sure i've seen it around with the local 'lax power' crew, and the exhaust stuck me as a powerflow 'loud as you want' system, and from that, i doubt he has done much more...

So, im almost certain that is waaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced, to the point of being double what the car is worth...

or am i underestimating the value of '2's

NA's .. from 2k to 10k .. not a hope in hell I'd pay 11k for a 93 .. it'd have to be made of gold.

Turbo's are a bit harder .. 4k seems to get a good one, 6k for a rev3+
