Hi all,

2 things this evening for u all to have a think over.. the first being.

Is it possible to chnage the locks from the passenger door to the drivers door and vice versa, cos the drivers lock is gettin a little worn inside and quite hard to work sometimes, whereas the passenger door is as you'd expect a lock to work. Would it just be a straight swap.

And number 2..

I would like to upgrade my brakes to the st205 gt4 brakes. does anyone have some specs on the actual caliper sizes, eg: mounting holes and height and depthand all that malarky.. or just a caliper and disk. from a ST205 gt4 that is of no use anymore that they'd like to send me????

i'd be changing the disks to gt4 versions too.. but i really need to know if the calipers will go on.

i have 17's on my car, so size is no problem.

oh.. my car at the moment is the celica st 182 gti 16v. 1991. J reg.

it has the smaller of the disks(255mm) for that yr. my G'friends car, K reg, has the larger disks(278mm).

any help would be appreciated.

thanks in advance.

do you have remote central locking?if so do you use your key in the lock often?if not try a very small drop of oil on your key and work in to your lock.
