Carfische Vs Toyota ?

Hi

I been searching replacement parts of a drive shift bearing, and in the end i ended up at a Toyota garage going through the computer system with the exploded views and part numbers.

Now, i've been looking also at http://carfiche.com/fiche/sw20/2/c08.gif it shows the identical diagram i was looking at in the garage.

However the part numbers the garage wrote down for the central drive shaft bearing are different to the ones at carfiche.com.

Toyota garage computer system had part numbers

90363-41002 (Bearing)

90520-38015 (Snap Ring)

43458-12010 (Bearing Dust Cover)

and 41336-32010 & 41366-32020 for the other Dust Cover (Flange type) (RH and LH)

Now the part numbers on carfiche.com are a different format. The page lists

(9001-)

and the indivudal part numbers are

42330R (Bearing)

42330D (Snap Ring)

43458A (Bearing Dust Cover)

41336C for the other Dust Cover.

Is carfiche.com an american system with different part numbers, and if thats the case, is there a similar UK site that will give me part numbers which correspond with the ones on the Toyota garages computer system ? Or is there a CD available for the UK garages ?

Steve
