Hi folks,

My window regulator is buggered so I went to my local Toyota dealer who checked their computer with my frame number and ordered up a replacment item which arrived. I went to get it fitted and when they pulled out the old one the new one is completely different! I called my dealer and they checked the system ad only one code appears for a regulator but its clearly wrong.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get a hold of the right one, or has anyone ever ordered one up and knows how to go about it?
