the alarm may need resetting it may have a secret code button on it. do you know what type of alarm or what make it is? you could give secure a car in stafford a call on 01785 606606 they are alarm and stereo experts i used to work for them on the stereo side.

i have got the car to open with the key fob but still can't close it and the fuel pump is still not coming in so is still immodiliezied.

Check the fuel pump relay and if necessary bypass it. The immobilizer just kills power to the fuel pump so if you get rid of that then it should work.

Not sure if the immobilizer in question is 2 circuit? if it is then it is likely that the other circuit that is isolated is the ignition. You will need to bypass this relay as well and then it should work.

Toyota ecu's are separate to the alarm boxes (unlike volkswagens!) so if you bypass the two circuits you should be able to get it to work, then need to worry about the alarm.

hope this helps

have a nice day
