I still have trouble with my keyfob.

Have'nt been locked out sinse but it seems to be when the car is covered in moisture, and the longer i've not used the keyfob (12hrs+), i have too press the open button a few times extra. The last few times when opening i've pressed the lock button first and i hear it arm (arm with doors still locked) and then press disarm and it will disarm first go!! Hmm strange

Does anyone know where the sensor for the keyfob is located within the car? Maybe it needs cleaned!

Could it be at the ignition or the rear view mirror? There's a sensor like a microphone protruding out from the roof dome light but this my be for the hands free kit for the prevous owner had in?

there's a sensor on the dash near the windscreen drivers side on my gt4 ,but its for the central locking only as it hasn't got an alarm fitted by toyota .
