I'm fed up of not being able to get bits for my Paseo, so I'm thinking of selling it and buying an MR2. It's a 1997 model ST in silver with new rear spoiler (standard with breaklight), front strut brace (imported from America), upgraded Speakers (top of the range Kenwoods front and rear), Alpine head unit, Shortened gear stick and new gearknob and 17'' Osaka alloys. It has done 113000 but looks great and has FSH. What's its worth? What are MR2's like to own. Any feedback would be good.

what bits ar you after??

i know how you feel - most of the time i get really p***ed off that nobody has heard of the Cynos - but then thats the price you pay for owning a rare car i guess...

Hi there,

I'm a member of the TEC (Toyota Enthusiasts club) and in this months magazine there has been a very nice article/History on the Paseo and Cynos (including Cynos convertable) and it's Tercel conection (Plus full Tercel story from 'lengthened Starlet' to North American 90's Tercel)

:cacker: that name sounds a lot like a forum that has been around a while... i wonder which one.

btw, i could tell you were a paseo owner by the title of the thread. yeah, the mr-2's have more power, but try to get the turbo'd model, as they're loads faster.
