hiya,

i got a 94 corolla and was driving down the motorway yesterday and heard big bang. so i stoped and checked evrything and was ok. carried on and all of suden started losing power and smoking. so stoped again and engine was smoking. i checked properly and one of the pipes had com out and all the oil had gushed out. i dindt know it was oil so carried on bout 15 miles. no power. then checked oil and empty. put oil 2litres and not runnin so gud. went evrywer not enough power. on the way home and started making clunking noise. stoped and could just about start the engine. checked oil and empty agen. so towed it back home.

anyone got any ideas what it could be????

thanks.

looks like the PCV hose but cant imagine you losing 4 ltrs of oil through that alone (maybe wrong) if the engine is knocking then it does sound a little terminal. best bet is get the oil pressure checked, no oil pressure= fubared engine
